Zimbabwe Update

Here's a quick update on the situation in Zimbabwe.

• The Institue for War and Peace Reporting claims that Thabo Mbeki's diplomacy with Mugabe has dramatically failed. Allegedly 100 Zimbabweans are crossing into South Africa everyday.

• There is controversy over an opposition leader's visit to Malawi. Who are Zimbabwea People's Party? I was never aware of such a group.

• Whilst Mugabe deludes himself that Beijing will save Harare. Zimbabwean children don't need Chinese lessons. They need textbooks and paid teachers.
