You know, this is one of the most hopeful blogs I've come across in months.
Much of SSA is in upheaval mode these days. Sub-Saharan Africa's got so much hope, but I'm afraid that for every place like Liberia, which is finally seeing a bit of political sunshine, there's 15 different countries like Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, and Sudan.
