Kyrgyz Hostage Update

Four people have been killed in violence at a prison in Kyrgyzstan, according to the interior ministry.
There was an exchange of gunfire after a group of people, including an MP [ Tynchbek Akmatbayev], were taken hostage at the prison, a ministry spokesman told reporters.
The four people were killed after one of Mr Akmatbayev's aides opened fire on the hostage takers, a ministry spokesman told the AFP agency.
"The dead include prisoners and body guards of the hostages," he added.
