Kyrgyz MP Taken Hostage At Jail

A Kyrgyz MP and at least one other person have reportedly been taken hostage in a jail near the capital Bishkek.
The MP was named as Tynchbek Akmatbayev, head of the parliamentary committee on law enforcement.
Earlier this week there was unrest at another jail in the country after inmates complained about conditions.
According to RadioFreeEurope/RadioLiberty, the Prime Minister Felix Kulov is now at the scene attempting to negotiate.
