Kazakh Election Update

Well im sure i'll get round to doing a proper round up of all the relevant facts ahead of Kazakhstans Presidential Ballot on 4 December. Expect no revolutions here due to incumbent Nursultan Nazarbaev's shrewd economic policy. However without the odd police beating/petrol bombing it just wouldnt be a Central Asian election would it?
